Most common type of headache. Caused by muscle tightness in the neck, upper back, jaw, and scalp. 

Cervicogenic Headaches

Headache that originates from dysfunction in the neck. Starts in the neck and radiates to the head/eye

Migraines

Throbbing or pulling pain sometimes causing nausea or light/noise sensitivity. 

Each can be assisted with neck or upper back with nervous system regulation through adjustments. Soft tissue therapy is also beneficial for traps, suboccipitals, and surrounding tissues
